Order Processing Time All orders are processed and carefully packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We offer customized shipping tiers based on the size and weight of the items. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

Lightweight & Media Items: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all media and lightweight goods. These orders typically ship via USPS.

Standard Items (1–5 lbs): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the exact weight of the package. These items ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

Heavy Items (Over 5 lbs): Large items, including vintage audio equipment and heavy tools, are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery to ensure secure transit. Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery distance.
Your items will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days. We will contact you directly at the email address provided during checkout to coordinate a pickup date and time. Please have your order confirmation email available when you arrive.
International Shipping At this time, we only ship domestically within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number you can use to check its delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
If you have not received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customer@julya.ai with your name and order number, and we will resolve the issue.
